Data Policy

By this means, the Network of Colombian Students in Astronomy (RECA) is accepted and authorized for the collection and treatment of the information provided through this registration form so that it proceeds with the incorporation of the information in the databases of which is the owner and responsible. The purpose for the collection, use, and treatment of these data is, in the first instance, to generate a diagnosis of the current state of Astronomy in Colombia in order to promote strategies that help to consolidate this area of ​​research in our country and all the actors in it. As well as having the contact information of students and professionals within the NETWORK for the proper management, and administration of these and their use for scientific and statistical analysis. The responsibility for the treatment of this information will be in charge of RECA: reca.astronomia@gmail.com.
In compliance with Law 1581 of 2012, which establishes the General Regime for Data Protection in Colombia and Regulatory Decree 1377 of 2013.
